Terms and Conditions

Prices are stated as per room per night (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to availability. VAT is included at the current prevailing rate where applicable. Bookings are taken at the discretion of the Quality Hotel Dudley and subject to availability.
All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking, are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to change without prior notice.

Special Arrangements
Whilst every effort is made to fulfill your requests, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract

Cancellations/Amendments by us
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can 1: accept the changed arrangements as notified 2: make an alternative arrangement with us or 3: cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid

Car Parking
The hotel has its own car parking, free of charge. However, cars are left at the owners own risk. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Pet policy
Quality Hotel Dudley accepts guests travelling with pets, a cleaning charge of £10 per night will apply

Comments
Please let the manager know straight away if you have any comments. Alternatively, if you wish, put them in writing no later than 10 days after the completion of your stay to: The General Manager, Quality Hotel Dudley, Birmingham Road, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 4RN

Cots/Extra beds
Cots are available on request however these are limited and are subject to availability. Please check at the time of booking
